wow... v day...
some say its "the" Very important day..
some say its the day that all shops love, in the expense of poor men like myself...

i say..
its a day that i refirm my love to the one whom i call "baby"..

LET DOWN!

everything rises and falls on leadership.

when a leader make the wrong decision, he/she can do nothing to reverse the damage.
and beside, he/she may not be the ones who have to pick up the pieces...

there can be 101 reasons why leaders made wrong decision,

but,

when that decision damage the morale of the people entrusted to you,

when that decision create doubts of the team's promises,

when that decision failed to enrich the ushers' lives..



your reason MUST NOT be accepted.



what would Jesus do?

i believe if He was the decision maker for the event,
He will carry on with the event, EVEN if there are ONLY ONE member, becoz Jesus knew that EVERY SINGLE PERSON COUNT.


He will go all the way for that ONE SOUL.

to BUILD RELATIONSHIP with that ONE SOUL.

to encourage & inspire that ONE SOUL to GREATNESS!!!!


He will not focus on the 39 who are not coming.
HIS FOCUS WILL BE ON THAT ONE OPEN HEART.

your concept of leadership and ministry must change.

your focus cannot be yourself.
you choose to lead.
you choose to be an example.

BE ONE that our ushers can follow.
Be one who imitate Jesus.

Be a shepherd who will, who MUST always have his/her focus on that open heart.
REGARDLESS of how many.

you choose to give up your life to follow HIS.
Be like HIM.
