i hate mobiles!!

mobiles are suppose to help us stay connected,....
but at what cost???????

u are always on the phone, either sms or when people called...
at what abt those that are WITH you in person?
are they not more important than those on the "line"?

why should someone put value on you to spend time with you,
if you dont put value over their presence and efforts?

mobiles are suppose to help mankind,
not turn man into OMS.

i don't really like CNY since a few years ago..
coz its was turning into a circus act..
people coming together for that few hours,
acting as if they have been communicating throughout the year,
asking some questions that put people down...

but well..
at least there was a "pay" to it..

but this year was just dragging..
more than giving,
it was really turning into a show...

CNY is suppose to celebrate family unity..
it should end there..
visitations are done with close and immediate families..
not (so) distance relatives..

but well..
baby telling me that its only me who hate CNY..

maybe its true...

7 wks and counting...

in a few hours, its going to be 7 wks...

i guess everything is pre-scheduled.
just when the news started to really sinked in, the morning sickness start to be more common...
and poor rach is getting "disoriented" becoz of the signs...

i guess this CNY will be more of a rest, than a celebration..
and its not i enjoy CNY anyway...

Planning the group outing 2008 was.... ( blank )..
So many things happened...
and when I reflected back..

there are so many things that I missed & appreciated...


1. EG!!!
come on!!
without EG, esp "the original EG"... would we have rose up to who we are now?
Without the encouragement, fellowship and love from everyone,

will we dare to step out?
dare to try?
dare to lead?

one can try to deny and try to move on to other flocks of eagles, thinkin that they have outgrown this nest... but if they were to be honest to themselves, we all have EG to thank..

we all can afford to thank Van, who is the glue of EG.
No matter how busy she is, she will always try to make things happen for us.
She is not only the life of JW UM.
She is our becon of light!!
and well... that is why she is the Head of EG!!

we will appreciate the "Breakaway" gals in XinYan & JingXuan..
esp when 2008 is the year that they found their perfect partner...
"baking" in the tender love of Desmond & Terence...

but with Jeff around, nothing is impossible..

but it still didn't have the effects that we had in the past...

It must be Jeff.

OF course, I thank God that I still have FM around this year.
Without him, the outing will never happened.
